Je suis Nermine, 23 ans
Je suis maman d’une petite princesse, Seyana qui a 13 mois.
J’ai commencé l’allaitement dès l’accouchement à l’hôpital.
Dès le départ, cela a été très compliqué pour moi. J’ai eu d’énormes crevasses qui se sont formés au bout de quelques jours et à partir de ce moment-là, ça a été très très très douloureux.
J’ai cru plusieurs fois que j’allais devoir arrêter l’allaitement complètement…..
Ma sage-femme était à fond derrière moi pour que je continue l’allaitement, ce qui m’a beaucoup aidé.
J’ai mis en place des bouts de seins afin que mon sein gauche cicatrise, car il n’était plus possible pour moi de mettre bébé sur ce sein.
J’ai donc continué à allaiter que d’un seul sein, le droit, le temps que ça cicatrise.
Une fois que le sein gauche avait cicatrisé, j’ai essayé de remettre Seyana mais c’était beaucoup trop sensible pour moi.
J’ai donc continuer à l’allaiter exclusivement sur le sein droit.
Cela fait maintenant treize mois que j’allaite exclusivement ma fille avec un seul sein.
Je voulais faire ce témoignage pour vous montrer que oui cela est possible!!
Depuis ses 1 an, je tire mon lait 3 fois par jour au travail mais Seyana ne prenant pas de biberon, je stimule pour maintenir ma lactation et je donne mon lait au Lactarium de Montpellier pour aider les petits bébés prématurés.
