Hello, je suis Emilie, j’ai 36 ans. Maman de 4 filles.
L’allaitement avec ma dernière dure depuis plus de 7 mois et pourtant, il y a des fois où je pensais que ça allait se finir.

Nous sommes partis 15 jours en Italie avec toute la famille. Ma fille s’adapte très bien et prend le sein plus que jamais et peu importe le lieu et le monde autour, même si elle regarde ses sœurs et lâche le sein, elle y retourne.
Sous les conseils de ma consultante en lactation, j’utilise le super tire-lait “Medela Hands Free”, une révolution, ce qui me permet de tirer en voiture pendant les longs trajets, au restaurant ou si Y. ne tète pas, car oui si je ne tire pas quand elle devrait téter, j’ai tendance aux baisses de lait mais c’est okay pour moi.
Ma mère m’a dit dernièrement : “Tu allaites toujours ? Parce que je trouve que tu as des petits seins”. “Alors super, merci… oui j’allaite toujours et rien à voir avec le volume de mes seins.”
L’essentiel est de croire en soi et en son bébé, garder confiance et accepter qu’un allaitement fluctue toujours et que rien n’est jamais acquis.
C’est un réel plaisir d’allaiter et tant qu’elle voudra, je donnerais. C’est aussi un réel travail de lâcher prise, d’accepter ce qui est et de l’accueillir.
